Vera Hoermann

Vera is responsible for managing AGE Platform’s research projects on smart and active ageing, digitalization, care, and ageism, bringing the perspectives of older persons into research projects. She is moreover experienced in developing communication and dissemination activities, as well as policy recommendations. Her background in political sciences and European studies led her to Brussels where she’s been working on the intersection of society and research, translating project findings to different audiences.
